No matter your background, experiences, worldview, or unique struggles trying to get through life, your differences are seen and celebrated here. Your therapeutic experience at Through the Fog Therapy will be catered to your needs as the individual that you are. We have therapists who are knowledgeable or are themselves part of these groups.
Our Approach
Welcome to Through the Fog Therapy, I’m Agnes, owner of this safe haven. I am a masters-level psychotherapist who prioritizes evidence-based mental health care in my practice while meeting the individual where they are at considering past experiences, identity, and worldview. I provide one-on-one psychotherapy for individuals (adolescence through adulthood), parents, couples, and families.
Trust, transparency, collaboration, and compassion are placed at the highest value at Through the Fog Therapy. I am committed to build a therapeutic relationship with you and offer an unbiased and non-judgmental environment where you have someone to confide in and talk to in order to feel less alone, and more validated in your struggles.
Here, you will find the opportunity to explore unconscious patterns that are causing suffering in the conscious mind by learning to change behavior, reactions, and thought patterns, whether for yourself, for your adolescent/teen, within your family, or within your relationship with your partner.
